The scenario provided has a private firewall with a 2003 Forest. There is a 2003 DC outside the (The merging company)
firewall, where the NT4 PDC also resides. The 2003 PDCe resides inside the firewall and the necessary ports that need
to be opened are defined. Although this refers to 2003 this document also applies to 2000. Some of the Registry settings
won't be needed, since the tighter security wasn't set for 2000.
